How to Reset Password

Note: You can reset your password if your account was registered with an email and password. If your account was registered via a social media account, please log in using that corresponding method.

1. Choose Login or Sign Up.

2. Continue with Email.

3. Enter your ELSA account email into the box.

4. In the password screen, click "Forgot Password". Enter the ELSA account email. Click continue and open the email inbox.

5. Open the inbox of email of ELSA account and look for the email from ELSA with title "Reset ELSA Account Password". Check your Spam/Promotion if you cannot find this email.

1. Click the button "Reset Password" to be directed to a website. From there, enter the new password 2 times and click "Set password".

Note: Please set up a strong password to ensure better security for your account: 

• Minimum 8 characters

• At least one uppercase letter

• At least one number and one special character (@!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?)
