The Settings icon in the top-right allows you to modify your personal details, language preferences, and account settings in one place.
Profile
What can I do in Profile?
Manage your account information, including your username, email address, and password
Username: Update the name displayed on your ELSA account.
Email: is the login email of your account.
Password: You can change the login password here. If you registered with social accounts like Google, Facebook, or Apple, there is no option to reset the password. The login method will be your social account instead of email and password.
Preference
What can I do in Preferences?
Customize your learning experience by choosing your AI Tutor, adjusting the tutor's voice volume, setting a daily learning goal, managing reminders, and controlling in-app sound effects.

Language
What can I do in Language?
Personalize your language settings by selecting the app display language, your native language, and enabling or disabling Multilingual ode.
Mother tongue & Display Language: see more here.
Multilingual Tutor Mode allows A1 and A2 learners to use their mother tongue when interacting with the AI in supported Grammar Coach lessons. The AI Coach understands the user's native language but always responds in English to encourage English practice.
⚠️ Supported languages: All mother tongues currently supported in the ELSA app, except Thai.
Delete Your Account
You can delete your ELSA account permanently here. This action cannot be reversed.
