Changing Your Password in the ELSA Speak App
Follow these steps to update your account password directly within the ELSA Speak mobile app:
Navigate to Profile: Open the ELSA Speak app and go to the Progress tab.
Open Profile Settings: Tap the pencil icon located on your profile picture/avatar.
Edit Password: On the Profile screen, scroll down to the Password section and tap Edit next to Change Password.
Enter New Password Details:
Type your Current password.
Enter your New password.
Re-type it under Confirm new password.
Save Changes: Tap the save/submit button to complete the password update.
Troubleshooting & Notes
Social Login Accounts: If you registered using Google, Facebook, or Apple ID, password management is handled directly through that provider rather than within ELSA Speak settings.
Forgotten Password: If you cannot remember your current password, log out of the app and tap Forgot Password? on the login screen to receive a reset link by email.
