Refund and Auto-Renewal for Web Subscriptions
Overview
All ELSA subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you were charged unexpectedly due to auto-renewal, you can contact ELSA Support to request a refund and cancel your subscription.
Note: This article covers purchases made directly on the ELSA website. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, please see the related articles: Request a refund for an Apple purchase or Request a refund for a Google purchase.
How Auto-Renewal Works
All subscriptions renew in the next billing cycle. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the last day of your current billing period. For cancellation instructions, see the article Cancel Web Subscriptions (from ELSASPEAK.COM) or visit [reviewer: verify this URL is current — https://elsaspeak.com/faqs/how-to-cancel-elsa-subscriptions/].
Requesting a Refund
If you believe you were charged in error, contact ELSA Support and provide details about your purchase. The support team will verify your purchase and, if approved, process a refund and cancel your subscription so you will not be charged on the next billing date.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is issued, the processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank. If you do not see the refund immediately, please allow the full processing window before following up.
Tips
- Cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
- After a refund is processed, your subscription will be canceled and no further charges will be made.
- If you have questions or need to request a refund, reach out to ELSA Support. See Contact ELSA Support for details.
