What is PilotPM Ads?
Updated July 12, 2026
PilotPM Ads reads your ad accounts every night and answers two questions most ads tools can't: did the conversions the platform reported actually happen, and what specific change would make your spend work harder?
What it does
- Reads nightly. Campaigns, keywords, budgets, spend and the platform's reported conversions, from Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
- Verifies conversions. The platform's numbers are checked against your own data — leads in your support inbox, rows in your data warehouse, or events from your product. When the platform claims conversions your data can't back up, you get a card saying exactly that. See How verified conversions work.
- Recommends precise changes. Each finding becomes a card showing the exact change it proposes — for example "pause keyword X — $52 and 18 clicks in 30 days, 0 conversions" — with the evidence underneath. Some cards are advice-only and have no apply button at all.
- Applies what you approve — safely. Approved changes are applied overnight under hard safety rails, recorded in a change history, and can be reverted in one click. See Approving recommendations.
- Drafts new campaigns. The Campaign Composer writes a complete Search campaign grounded in your help center and your customers' own words. See The Campaign Composer.
What it never does
- It never changes anything you didn't approve.
- It never deletes campaigns, ad groups, keywords or ads — pausing is the strongest action it takes.
- It never touches a campaign that's still in its learning period.
Where to find it
Ads is a separate PilotPM app — switch to it from the app switcher in the sidebar. It's a paid add-on sized by your monthly ad spend; see Plans, spend packs and credits.
