Whether you are applying for your first job or aiming for a senior leadership role, Interview Coach provides step-by-step guidance to support your progress. It combines structured learning, realistic mock interviews, and detailed performance analytics to help you build the confidence to succeed.
You'll find Interview Coach as a new card right on your Coach screen.
1. Set Up Your Profile
Before you begin, you will be asked a few questions to personalize your experience. Only two fields are required to get started:
What role are you interviewing for? - the position you are applying for
What industry? - the field you are interviewing in
What company? (optional) - the specific company you are targeting
Once filled in, tap Continue to begin your personalized interview practice.
2. Three Ways To Practice:
Inside the Mock Interview, you will first choose a question category to focus on. There are three groups to select from:
Introductions and motivation questions: Practice introducing yourself and explaining why you are interested in the role or company
Experience and role-fit questions: Demonstrate how your background and skills match the position you are applying for
Decision-making and scenario questions: Show how you think and handle real workplace situations under pressure
