Admin-Assigned Practice Modules

Updated June 16, 2026

This feature is exclusively available to learners accessing ELSA through a School or Company partnership program. It is not available for general individual subscribers.

A Practice Module is a short, on-demand exercise specifically designed to enhance targeted skills or topics.

These specialized lessons are only visible and accessible if they have been assigned to your team by your organization's Admin or Team Lead. If they have not been explicitly assigned by your organization, this feature will remain unavailable.

When a new practice module is assigned to your team, you will receive a notification via email and an alert in the Coach tab of your ELSA application.

Learning Features: Accessing Practice Modules

Click on the Learn tab. You will find the assigned modules listed under the “To Do Modules” section.

You will see up to four available Practice Modules, with more accessible under “Past and Upcoming Modules.”

  1. Completed: Learners can revisit and re-practice assigned content as needed.
  2. Upcoming: Active modules not displayed in the bottom sheet, including those available in the future.
  3. Overdue: Modules with due dates that have passed.

You can select a Practice Module to see unit and lesson details. Completed lessons are tracked to show unit progress.
