Slack
Connect Slack to get digests and to hand conversations off to an internal channel — engineering or another team can weigh in, and updates flow back to the conversation. Set it up in Settings → Integrations → Slack.
HubSpot
Connect HubSpot so customer and company details — including account value — appear in the customer-context panel and help route and prioritize conversations.
Shopify
For commerce teams, connect Shopify to see a customer's orders in context and take order actions — like issuing a refund or updating a shipping address — right from the conversation. Refunds always require a person to approve them before any money moves.
Snowflake
Connect your Snowflake warehouse so PilotPM can show account usage and subscription facts next to a conversation, and so Ask PilotPM and Reports can answer questions against your own data. Connect it from Integrations.
Every integration is optional and set up from Integrations (or Settings → Integrations).
