Turn a customer bug or request into a tracked engineering ticket without leaving the inbox.
Connect
In Integrations → Jira, authorize your Jira site and pick the default project.
Push a ticket
From a conversation, create a Jira issue — the summary, description, and a link back to the conversation are filled in for you. When engineering updates or closes the issue, that status is reflected back so support (and the customer) can be kept in the loop.
Close the loop
On the Roadmap and Product issues views, customer themes can be linked to Jira issues, so you can see which reported problems are on the roadmap and which have shipped — and tell the customers who asked.
