Connect Jira and push tickets

Link Jira so support can escalate bugs and feature requests into engineering's tracker without leaving PilotPM.

Connect

Go to Settings โ†’ Integrations โ†’ Jira and provide:

  • Your Jira site URL (e.g. https://yourcompany.atlassian.net)
  • The account email
  • An API token (created in your Atlassian account security settings)

For security, you enter the API token directly into the form โ€” it's stored encrypted and never displayed back.

Push a conversation

From any conversation, use Send to Jira to create an issue in the chosen project. PilotPM links the conversation to the Jira issue so the two stay connected, and replies/updates can flow back as context.

Tip

Pick a default project (e.g. your support intake board) so most escalations land in the right place with one click.
