How AI drafting works
Every incoming message gets a suggested reply before anyone even opens it, so your team starts from a draft instead of a blank box.
What you see
When you open a conversation, PilotPM shows a proposed reply as a suggestion card in the timeline, along with a confidence level for how sure it is. Click Edit to load the draft into the composer, tweak anything you like, and send.
The draft is grounded in your knowledge — your published help articles, internal AI-only notes, reply rules, and saved replies — so it answers with your policies and your voice.
You're always in control
- Nothing sends on its own unless you turn on Autopilot for that channel.
- You can edit any draft before sending, or ignore it and write your own.
- Turn AI drafting on or off per inbox in Settings → Inboxes.
Make drafts better
The more you teach the AI, the better the drafts — add help articles, write reply rules, and keep saved replies current. See Train the AI.
