The Campaign Composer

Updated July 12, 2026

The Campaign Composer drafts a complete Google Ads Search campaign for you — ad groups, keywords with match types, and every headline and description — grounded in what your business actually is, not generic ad copy.

What it's grounded in

  • Your help center — what your product does, in the words you've already written.
  • Your customers' language — how real customers describe their problems in support conversations. Those phrases are what people type into search boxes.
  • Your account's live performance — what's already converting (verified, not just platform-claimed) informs what the draft leans into.

How to use it

  1. Open Composer in the Ads app and pick the Google Ads account it's for.
  2. Describe the goal in a sentence or two — the offer, the audience, anything you want emphasized.
  3. Review the draft. Every line is editable, and the draft is checked against Google's structural limits (headline and description lengths, keyword counts) before it's shown to you.
  4. Export as a Google Ads Editor CSV and import it into Ads Editor, where you do the final review and publish.

The Composer never creates anything in your ad account directly — the CSV import means you keep the last word on everything that goes live. Budgets in drafts are clamped to your account's budget ceiling.

Cost

A completed draft uses 25 credits. If the Composer can't produce a valid draft, you're not charged.

Current limits

  • Search campaigns on Google Ads only — Apple Search Ads campaigns and other formats aren't composable yet.
  • One campaign per draft.
