Plans
PilotPM has Free, Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise tiers. Each includes a credit allowance, a seat cap, and a set of features. Compare tiers and upgrade or downgrade from Billing.
Seats
Your plan includes a number of seats; each active teammate uses one. Billing-admin contacts and archived members don't count. If you're near the cap, PilotPM nudges you rather than silently blocking invites.
Credits
A single credit pool pays for the AI work your team triggers (drafts, answers, translations, AI Actions, and more). See Credits & usage for how they're spent and how to top up.
One invoice
Add-ons (Community, Surveys, Engage, Retention, Voice) ride your main subscription as line items, so you get one subscription and one invoice at renewal — no separate bills, no mid-cycle proration.
Invoices & agreement
Find every invoice (branded HTML + PDF) under Billing → Invoices, a preview of your upcoming bill, and your signed service agreement under Billing → Agreement.
