Plans, limits, and your billing cycle
PilotPM offers several plans — Free, Starter, and Growth — with increasing seats and monthly conversation/AI limits.
Where to see your plan
Open Settings → Plan & limits to see your current plan, seat count, and usage against your limits.
Billing cycle
Usage limits reset on your billing-cycle anchor — the day of the month your subscription renews — not on the 1st of the calendar month. Your Plan page shows your exact reset date.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade from the Plan page. Higher tiers raise seat counts and monthly conversation and AI-answer allowances. If you're consistently near a limit, the Plan page flags it so you can upgrade before hitting a wall.
