A single credit pool pays for the AI work your team triggers, so you never juggle separate meters.
What uses credits
Credits are spent when the AI does work you asked for — drafting and sending replies, answering chats, translating, running an AI Action, and a few others. Routine background work doesn't draw down your pool.
See where they go
On the Billing page, the credits panel shows your balance, a breakdown of where credits went this cycle, how many you've used, and days until reset. A 12-week trend shows usage by source with a projection for the current month.
When you run low
- Free plans stop AI ops at the cap (you're never charged a surprise).
- Paid plans can go into overage (billed as one line at cycle close) or you can buy credits — one-time top-ups that roll over, or recurring packs that reset each cycle.
Turn features on or off
The Usage controls on Billing list every billable feature with its usage this cycle and a toggle, so you decide what's on.
