Login with Email and Password
Before you start:
This instruction is applied to accounts that were registered with email and password only.
ELSA is a mobile application, please visit App-store/Google Play store to install the app in your phone first, and then follow the steps below to login.
Step 1: Log out of the current account in the app. Go to Profile > Settings > Logout. Or you can delete and re-install the app to return to the initial login screen.
Step 2: Open the ELSA app > On the login screen, choose Login or Sign Up > Continue with Email (2) > Enter the email and password to log in to your account.
