Request a refund for a website purchase

If your subscription was purchased via ELSA website (elsaspeak.com) OR via any of the below pages, you can see the information here for requesting a refund.

All charges for purchases made through the ELSA website are refundable by ELSA if buyers submit the refund request within seven days of purchase.

Please send us an email at support@elsanow.io including all three information:

  • Your email account, your name and the last 4 digits of credit/debit card

  • Receipt of payment. If you paid via PayPal, please send the PayPal receipt.

  • Reason (for refund request)
