Reset your password or fix login issues

Can't log in? Most sign-in problems are solved in a minute.
Reset your password
- Go to the PilotPM login page and click Forgot password.
- Enter the email address on your account.
- You'll receive an email with a reset link shortly. Open it and choose a new password.
- If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. The reset link is valid for a limited time — request a new one if it has expired.
Still locked out?
- Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with (check for a work vs. personal address).
- If your team uses single sign-on (SSO), use the Sign in with SSO option instead of a password.
- If you've tried the above and still can't get in, reply to this email and our team will help verify your account and restore access.
For your security, support can't set or read your password — we can only help you trigger a fresh reset.
