Using ELSA on Multiple Devices

You can use your ELSA account on up to 3 different devices (Apple/Android mobile phones). Each learning session can only be logged in on 1 device at a time; you cannot access the app on multiple devices simultaneously.

ELSA accounts are designed for individual users (1 account per 1 user). We strongly advise against sharing your account with other learners. Because ELSA’s lessons and materials are dynamically generated based on your personal learning results and progress, sharing an account can cause data conflicts. This will negatively affect your scores and the accuracy of your personalized learning content.
